It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that upon availability of one vacant post of Panchayat Sevak/Secretary, the authorities, under communication dated 03.02.2014 issued by the Director, Panchayati Raj Department, were obliged to conclude the process of selection in terms of the communication dated 04.09.2013 issued by the Director, Panchayati Raj Department. It is further submitted that if such process is taken up then the case of petitioner should be considered for selection on the post.

The petitioner has made his representation before the

Patna High Court CWJC No.6293 of 2015(2) dt.12-03-2019 2/2 District Magistrate, Kishanganj on 05.02.2014. However, the same has not been acted upon or disposed of.

Respondent No 3, District Magistrate, Kishanganj is directed to dispose of the representation of the petitioner in accordance with law by a reasoned and speaking order within three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

However, this order should not be taken to be an expression on the claim made by the petitioner. Writ petition stands disposed of.
