2. This Cr. Misc. application has been filed for cancellation of bail granted to O.P. No.2 vide order dated 21.10.2022 passed by learned Additional Sessions Judge 3rd, Bagaha, West Champaran in connection with S.T. No.600 of 2022 arising out of Chautarva P. S. Case No.104 of 2022.

3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this case may be disposed of with direction to the learned trial court for early disposal of the case.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State has no objection to this prayer of the petitioner.
