2. This writ application has been filed for the following reliefs:
"(i) For issuance of writ in nature of Mandamus directing the Respondent Authorities to prepare the 'Award' pursuant to the order and Judgment dated 06.08.2014 (Annexure- 2) passed by Special Land Acquisition Judge-II Nalanda at Biharsharif, in Reference L.A. Case No. 172/08 (arising from the L.A. Case No. 15 of 2003), whereby the Special Land Acquisition Judge- II had passed the order directing the office concerned to prepare the "Award" in terms of the provisions laid down in the repealed Land Acquisition Act, 1894 inter-alia the section 70 of The Right to
Patna High Court CWJC No.7510 of 2016(3) dt.01-02-2024 2/2 Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013."
3 . After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to seek remedy before the appropriate forum.
4. In the aforesaid view of the matter, the writ petition is permitted to be withdrawn with liberty to the petitioner to seek remedy as may be available to him in accordance with law.
