Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code.
The FIR of theft of Bolero vehicle is against unknown. The said vehicle was recovered from possession of the petitioner by the police and Maharajganj P.S.Case No.121 of 2017 was registered.
Submission is that the petitioner was in custody since 27.06.2017 in that case and was granted bail on 14.11.2017 by a Coordinate Bench of this Court in Cr.Misc.No.43549 of 2017. The petitioner has been remanded in this case on 05.02.2018.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.21975 of 2018 (2) dt.19-04-2018 Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Forbisganj Police Station Case No.466 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
