The petitioner apprehends her arrest in Chausa P.S. Case No.280 of 2018 registered under Sections 304 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case due to village politics. It is further submitted that the daughter of the informant might be died due to other complications and disease and not from the Tika (vaccine) given by the petitioner. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.24890 of 2021(2) dt.07-02-2022 2/2 period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of learned SubDivisional Judicial Magistrate, Udakishunganj, Madhepura in connection with Chausa P.S. Case No.280 of 2018, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
