The petitioners being the mother, maternal brother and brother-in-law of the husband of the victim are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Accusation is of killing the daughter of the informant after two years of marriage by assaulting and pushed her in front of a running train.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9549 of 2015 (2) dt.21-04-2015 petitioners that on 04.08.12 U.D. case was registered on the written report of the brother of the victim suggesting the accidental death on a railway track. The present First Information Report was lodged on 07.08.2014 by the mother of the victim after three days of registration of U.D. Case alleging the assault and pushing the victim by the accused persons before a running train.

Considering the delayed lodging of the case and the U.D. case lodged by none-else than the brother of the victim at earlier point of time, let the above named petitioners be released on bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Railway Judicial Magistrate, Samastipur in connection with G.R.P Samastipur P.S. Case No. 62 of 2014, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Indian Penal Code.
