Petitioner is in custody since 07.05.2017 in connection with Mehsi P.S. Case No. 107 of 2017 registered under Sections 304(B) and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that there is general and omnibus allegation against this petitioner and no specific overt act is attributed to him. In fact, the petitioner happens to be father-in-law of the deceased and he lives separately from his son and daughter-in-law. Moreover, the parties have already settled their dispute out side the court and to that effect a compromise petition has been filed before the trial court and the petitioner, who is of clean antecedent, is rotting in custody for the

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand rupees only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.-VI, East Champaran, Motihari in connection with Mehsi P.S. Case No. 107 of 2017.
