Learned counsel for the Tilka Manjhi Bhagalpur University submits that all retiral benefits save and except arrears of salary on account of grant of ACP and MACP has already been paid to the petitioner. The University has also sent letters to the State of Bihar for release of fund for payment of arrears of ACP and MACP to the petitioner.

Having considered the facts and submissions, the State of Bihar is directed to release the fund within two months

Patna High Court CWJC No.5491 of 2019(10) dt.18-02-2021 2/2 from the date of receipt of this order and the Registrar, Tilka Manjhi Bhagalpur University is directed to make the entire payments including 10% leave encashment and other dues for which the petitioner is entitled within one month thereafter. With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition is disposed of.
