The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Ghoshwari P.S. Case No. 116 of 2020 registered under Sections 419, 420, 409 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that similarly situated co-accused person has already been allowed bail by this Court vide Cr. Misc. No. 18696 of 2021 on 07.01.2022.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.24897 of 2021(3) dt.18-02-2022 2/2 bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Barh in connection with Ghoshwari P.S. Case No. 116 of 2020, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
