Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.19706 of 2019(5) dt.06-08-2019 2/2 The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Kesaria P.S. Case No.525 of 2018 registered under Sections 341, 323 and 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code besides Sections 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act, pending in the court of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-XI, Motihari, East Champaran. The accusation is of torturing the informant by her husband and other in-laws for non-fulfillment of the dowry demand and also removing the opposite party no.2 from the matrimonial house.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are in-laws of the informant and they used to reside separately to the husband of the inforamnt but with an ulterior motive, the petitioners have also been falsely implicated in this case. Having considered the facts and the circumstances of the case, the provisional anticipatory bail granted to the petitioners, above named, vide order dated 03.04.2019 passed by a Bench of this Court is, hereby, confirmed.
