====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE NAWNEET KUMAR PANDEY ORAL ORDER 02-04-2025 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.
2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Shahkund P.S. Case No. 131 of 2022 , registered for the offences punishable under Sections 379 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the allegation, the accused persons along with the petitioner snatched the informant's motorcycle and fled away.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated due to previous rivalry and he is not involved in any other case of similar nature.

5. On the other hand, learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner.
6. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks before the learned court below, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-IInd, Bhagalpur in connection with Shahkund P.S. Case No. 131 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
7. After accepting the bail bond of the petitioner, the learned court below shall verify his criminal antecedent and if it is found that he is involved in any other case except the Shahkund P.S. Case No. 72 of 2019, his bail bond shall be cancelled.
