Counsel for the University submits that the petitioner has been paid the entire post retiral dues to the tune of Rs. 36,45,443/-. Counsel for the petitioner submits that he has no such instruction. In case the petitioner has been paid the post retiral dues, he will advise his client to file a representation in the event the petitioner is aggrieved by non-payment of any other post retiral
Patna High Court CWJC No.5537 of 2016 dt.03-11-2017 2/2 dues or in case he is aggrieved by the calculation of the post retiral dues.
In view of the submission of the parties, the writ application is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file representation before the Registrar of the B.N.Mandal University, if he is aggrieved by the calculation of the post retiral dues or on account of non-payment of any part of the post retiral dues. If such representation is filed by the petitioner along with a copy of this order, the respondent-Registrar of the B.N.Mandal University, respondent No. 4 shall look into the grievance of the petitioner and if it is found that there is error in the calculation, rectify the same and if any other part of the post retiral dues is not paid to the petitioner, he shall see that the remaining post retiral dues are paid within a further period of three months from the date of production/receipt of a copy of this order.
