2. This writ petition has been filed for commanding the Respondent Nos. 3 to 5 not to interfere with the possession of lands of the petitioners bearing Thana No. 1, Tauzi No. 5178, appertaining to area of 14 Bigha.

3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks disposal of the case granting liberty to the petitioners to seek remedy before the appropriate forum.

4. In view of the submission made on behalf of the
