JUSTICE ADITYA KUMAR TRIVEDI ORAL ORDER 20-07-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the informant as well as learned APP for the State. Informant along with his uncle (deceased) while returning on a motorcycle, were intercepted by the petitioner along with his brothers, Rajesh Kumar and Shiv Kumar along with others out of whom, Rajesh had given a fatal shot as a result of which, his uncle was declared dead at the hospital where he was brought for treatment. Motive has been assigned as prevailing land dispute.

Petitioner is not the assailant whereupon, petitioner, Upendra Kumar is are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of ACJM, Danapur in connection with Bihta PS Case No. 976/2016.
