Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B, 120B, 201 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. The petitioner is in custody since 22.09.2017. Allegation is of commission of death for dowry of his wife for non-fulfillment of dowry demand. The paternal family members of the deceased have supported the allegation of demand of dowry and torture for the same before death. Whereas some other witnesses stated that for trivial dispute with her husband, the victim went to the railway track and committed suicide for which U.D. case was registered by the railway initially.
