The petitioners are in custody since 06.05.2017 in connection with a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 447/385/506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 66 of the I.T. Act and subsequently Section 332, 353 and 384 of the Indian Penal Code has been added.

Having heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner and learned counsel for the State and considering the remote nature of allegation made against the petitioner which is purely based on conjecture and surmises, let the petitioners above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.
