Patna High Court CWJC No.7748 of 2021(3) dt.25-08-2021 2/3 The present writ petition has been filed seeking a direction upon the respondent-State to transfer the service of the petitioner in a High School, on voluntary transfer basis, or to any other High School situated near the place of his residence at Bhauara, District-Madhubani inasmuch as the petitioner is a handicapped person and moreover, the Headmaster of the concerned school as also the competent authority have made recommendations in favor of the petitioner.

The learned counsel for the petitioner, at the outset, submits that the petitioner would be approaching the Deputy Development Commissioner-cum-Chief Executive Officer, Zila Parishad, Madhubani, who is head of the Niyojan Unit, for redressal of his aforesaid grievances and the Deputy Development Commissioner-cum-Chief Executive Officer, Zila Parishad, Madhubani be directed to redress the grievances of the petitioner.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off with liberty to the petitioner to file appropriate representation for redressal of his aforesaid grievances, before the Deputy Development Commissioner-cum-Chief Executive Officer, Zila Parishad, Madhubani within a period of four weeks from today, which shall be considered objectively and disposed
