JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 25-04-2024 The present writ has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1(a). Issuance of writ in the nature of Mandamus commanding and directing the respondents especially respondent no.5 and 6 to pay arrear of salary for working period of the petitioner from 22.10.2010 to 23.01.2014, who has worked in the Primary Heath Centre, Karpi (Arwal), in the light of impugned order dated 30.07.2003 passed in CWJC No.6891 of 2003.

(b). The respondents further be directed to pay interest of total amount at rate of market value with litigation cost also."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Respondent No. 5, i.e. the Civil Surgeon-cum-Chief Medical Officer, Arwal, for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
