Petitioners being brothers and second wife of the husband of the victim are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case is of killing the sister of the informant after 35 years of marriage.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that there is no direct evidence against the petitioners and petitioner No. 3 was married with the husband of the victim about twenty years ago.

Considering the nature of accusation, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of 12 weeks

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.22741 of 2015 (2) dt.25-06-2015 2/2 from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kaimur at Bhabua in connection with Ramgarh P.S. Case No. 28 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. Learned Court below will be at liberty to cancel the bail bonds of the petitioners, if the petitioners fail to co-operate in the investigation.
