KUMAR ORAL ORDER 20-07-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Sitamarhi P.S. Case No. 727 of 2016 instituted for the offences punishable under sections 25(1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act. Allegation against the petitioner is recovery of one country made pistol loaded with one live cartridge. The petitioner was apprehended by the Police when he was going on motorcycle and from his possession above recovery was made.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner Vikram Kumar @ Vikram Tiwari be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi in connection with Sitamarhi P.S. Case No. 727 of 2016.
