The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Valmikinagar P.S. Case No. 10 of 2021 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420/406/504/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 138 of the N.I. Act and Section 3,4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.
The petitioner is the younger brother of one of the main accused whose marriage was to be solemnized. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case,
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.16775 of 2022(2) dt.16-05-2022 2/2 the present anticipatory bail application is allowed. Accordingly, let the petitioner above named be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM, 1st, Bagaha, West Champaran, in connection with Valmikinagar P.S. Case No. 10 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Saif/- U T
