The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 120B, 406, 467, 468, 471, 472, 420/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that for getting the son of the informant appointed in the Railway as T.T.E., the petitioner introduced with co-accused Pramod Kumar Pandit, who realized Rs. 2,50,000/-. Subsequently, gave a forged appointment letter.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is a retired military personnel. The only allegation against the petitioner is that he has introduced the informant with Pramod Kumar Pandit. Statement has been

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioner be released on bail in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Naugachia in connection with Parbatta P.S. Case No. 134 of 2013, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Indian Penal Code.
