2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Baikunthpur P.S. Case No. 183 of 2022 registered for the offences punishable under Section 341, 323, 326(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gopalganj.

3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw this application.

4. Permission is granted.

5. Accordingly, the instant application is dismissed as withdrawn. However, if the petitioners surrender before the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.20717 of 2024(2) dt.13-03-2024 2/2 learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today and seeks regular bail, the learned Court below would pass the order, preferably, on the same day, without being prejudiced by this order, considering the fact that there is compromise between the parties.
