The petitioner is in custody in connection with Tatarpur P.S. Case No.213 of 2017, a case under Sections 384/504/506 of the Indian Penal Code.
The informant had earlier lodged Tatarpur P.S. Case No.70 of 2016 against the petitioner, which would be evident from the present F.I.R. In that case, statement of the informant under Section 164 Cr.P.C. was recorded on 23.07.2017 wherein she stated that she had voluntarily taken poison and the petitioner was nowhere involved; rather they have been falsely been implicated. Again identical allegation is of sexual exploitation by the petitioner is there. The informant is already a married lady.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9947 of 2018 (2) dt.20-02-2018 P2/ Submission is that just to put pressure, to get wrongful gain, false cases one after another have been lodged. Considering the entire facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with the aforesaid case, with condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
