Mr. AHTASH ALI KHAN ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE DR. JUSTICE RAVI RANJAN ORAL ORDER 20-07-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioners seek bail in a case registered for offences punishable under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

It is contended that, as per allegation, 150 pouches each containing 200 ml. country made liquor were recovered from the possession of the petitioners. It is claimed that petitioner no.2 is having clean antecedent whereas petitioner no.1 is involved in Silao P.S. Case No.112/2016 registered under Section 379 of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioners are in custody since 25.06.2017.

No.33849 of 2017() dt.20-07-2017 2/2 Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioners, above-named, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge-II-cum-Special Judge, Nawada in connection with Govindpur P.S. Case No.60 of 2017.

Further, if the petitioners, after their release in this case, are again found to be involved in criminal case of similar nature, the court concerned would be at liberty to take steps for cancellation of their bail bonds.
