The petitioner is in custody in connection with Hisua P.S. Case No. 345 of 2018 for the offences under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 414, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 29.11.2018. He further submits that petitioner was apprehended on suspicion while they were roaming around the ATM of Axis Bank at Hisua Rajgir road with intend to do something wrong. It is alleged that on search several ATM Cards, Mobile, Laptop, Scanner, cash etc was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. He further submits that the seizure of ATM Cards, Mobile, Laptop, Scanner, cash etc. does not in any manner

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.15161 of 2019(2) dt.12-03-2019 2/2 connect the petitioner for commission of any offence. Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada in connection with Hisua P.S. Case No. 345 of 2018.
