2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 420, 467, 468 , 471 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code .
3. As per the prosecution case , petitioner is alleged to have prepared forged medical certificate and other certificates of one Vinay Kumar.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that prior to the present case the said Vinay Kumar lodged a case in Basantpur PS Case No. 556 of 2023 wherein he has alleged that Md. Jakir and Pappu Pandey took Rs. 10,000/- from Vinay Kumar and gave forged and fabricated certificates. He has neither named this petitioner nor whispered anything against
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.20700 of 2024(5) dt.12-07-2024 2/2 him. Petitioner has no concern with the alleged occurrence . Petitioner claims clean antecedent.
5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the bail petition of the petitioner.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, in the event of arrest or surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate X , Siwan , in connection with Basantpur P.S. case No. 572 of 2023 , subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure .
