JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 21-04-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under sections 323,324,307,452 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation against the petitioner is of causing injury with dagger to the informant.
It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the injuries have been found to be simple in nature. More over, the informant has claimed that he received two injuries as the injury report suggests three incised injuries. Statement has been made in paragraph 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
The aforesaid facts constitute grounds for consideration
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.9738 of 2015 (2) dt.21-04-2015 2/2 of the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner by the learned court below in case the petitioners surrender within six weeks from today in connection with Nanpur P.S. Case No. 340 of 2014 pending in the court of learned SDJM, Pupri at Sitamarhi.
This application is disposed of with the aforesaid observation/direction.
