JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 12-04-2018 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner, already in custody since 21.1.2018, seeks bail in Laxmipur PS Case No. 237 of 2017 registered under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 504 and 506 of the IPC.

The allegation in brief against the petitioner is that he gave axe blow over head of the informant causing cut injury. Submission is that the injury is caused by hard blunt substance.

Whereas learned Counsel for the State submits that there is specific allegation of giving axe blow and two injuries were found on the head of the informant out of which one is grievous in nature. Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is presently rejected. The petitioner may renew his prayer for bail after six months of framing of the charge if the trial does not conclude. Snkumar/- (Arun Kumar, J) U T
