16-06-2015 Heard Sri Ashok Kumar Pandey, learned counsel for the petitioner and Md. Sufiyan, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor. The sole petitioner, apprehending his arrest in connection with Sheosagar P.S. Case No. 318 of 2014 registered for the offence under Sections 272 & 273 of the Indian Penal Code and section 47(A) of the Excise Act, has prayed for grant of anticipatory bail.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that allegation has been made for recovery of nine litres wine from the hotel of the petitioner and on this ground, a false case has been instituted.

In view of nature of accusation and recovery, the Court is of the opinion that it is a fit case for extending the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.19140 of 2015 (2) dt.16-06-2015 2/2 privilege of anticipatory bail.

Let the petitioner namely Pramod Kumar Singh be enlarged on bail in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of one month from today on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Sasaram, Rohtas in connection with Sheosagar P.S. Case No. 318 of 2014, subject to condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
