16-06-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Addl. Public Prosecutor.

The sole petitioner, apprehending his arrest in connection with Banka (Mahila) P.S.Case No.35 of 2014 registered for the offence under Section 376 of the Indian Penal Code, has prayed for grant of anticipatory bail. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that complaint petition was filed two days after the occurrence. He further submits that the complainant/informant has already settled the dispute with the petitioner.

Be that as it may, in view of accusation made in the F.I.R. I do not find any ground to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail. The petition stands dismissed. NKS/- (Rakesh Kumar, J) U
