JUSTICE SANJEEV PRAKASH SHARMA ORAL JUDGMENT Date : 28-03-2023 The petitioner by way of this writ petition has prayed as under:- "That this writ application is for issuance of a direction to the Respondent No. 2 for deleting the name of the petitioner under the category of 'debtors' in R.P. Case No. 74 of 2001 pending before the Presiding Officer, Debt Recovery Tribunal."

Apparently, the matter was pending before the DRT at the relevant time in 2001 which must have been concluded. Remedy against orders passed by the DRT are available before the DRAT.
