No.1097 of 1990 which arises out of dismissal of C.W.J.C. No.8457 of 1989 which was dismissed on 14.11.1990. Office note indicates that M.J.C. No.1097 of 1990 arises out of Ranchi Bench of this Court and the entire records have been sent to the Jharkhand High Court, Ranchi and if restoration of M.J.C. No.1097 of 1990 is required, the same has to be filed before the Jharkhand High Court for action. Apart from the fact that the application is not maintainable before this Court now, as none is appearing for the applicant and even the defects pointed out have not been rectified, we see no reason to keep this matter pending. The application is dismissed.

Patna High Court MJC No.368 of 1994(2) dt.01-11-2017 2/2 Liberty, however, shall be available to the applicant, if still aggrieved, to approach the Jharkhand High Court.
