For direction to the respondents to register absolute sale deed dated 13-12-14 which has been executed by the respondent no. 8 namely Shanti Devi, wife of Jay Nandan Prasad Yadav in favour of the petitioner pertaining to Khata No. 33 Tauzi No. 1333 Khesra No. 66 situated at Mauza -Bahadurpur Survey Thana-Munger area 6katha residential land in the light of the order dated 21-10-14, passed by this Hon'ble court in C.W.J.C. No.

12726/12 which has been passed in similar facts and circumstances of the case."

Patna High Court CWJC No.5051 of 2020(3) dt.19-04-2023 2/2 At the outset, the learned counsel for the respondent-State has brought on record a copy of the order dated 02.08.2022, passed by the Hon'ble Apex Court in SLP (C) No. 23853 of 2018 (The State of Bihar & Ors. vs. Deo Prasoon), wherein, it has been clarified that the entire Kaiser-e-Hind land (Tauzi No.1333) will not be treated to be vested in individuals by virtue of this order or the order of the High Court.

In view of the aforesaid, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that she be granted liberty to approach the Hon'ble Apex Court for review of the aforesaid order dated 02.08.2022.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner is granted liberty to avail such other efficacious remedies as are otherwise available under the law.

The writ petition stands disposed off as not pressed.
