Patna High Court CWJC No.4344 of 2022(2) dt.08-04-2022 2/3 Department, 6, Circular, Patna to entrust the investigation for a large scale of defalcation of public funds, fraudulent transactions and falsification of public funds to the tune of around Rs.2,42,07,088/- (Two Crore Forty Two Lacs, Sen Thousand, Eighty Rupees only) for development of Panchayat Raj Sirdilpur at present name of Panchayat Ashrafpur, Supaul during the period 20172018 to 20-21-22 by the Respondent no.8 to 10.

(ii) For give direction to the Respondent no.1 to 4 and 6 to 7 not to release further public fund for the development of Panchaayat Raj Sirdilpur at present name of Panchayat Ashrafpur Supaul, Block Patori, District Samastipur till the investigation is completed by the Respondent 5 during the period of 2017-2018 to 2021-2022.

(iii) For any other reliefs which this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper with respect to the petitioner.

After the matter was heard for some time, finding the Court not in favour of the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel for the petitioner, under instructions, states that the petitioner shall be content if the petition is disposed of, with liberty to initiate appropriate proceedings before the appropriate forum and to take recourse to such other alternate remedies which are equally efficacious in law.

Prayer allowed.

The petition is disposed of, with the liberty aforesaid.
