JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 21-05-2015 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner is apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 379 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

On theft of tractor of the informant being committed, the FIR was lodged against unknown. The name of the petitioner sprang up during investigation.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that there is no recovery from the petitioner and other similarly situated accused Bitu Jha has been granted anticipatory bail vide Cr. Misc. No. 594 of 2015. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named

Case No. 60 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
