This writ petition has been filed for issuance of direction to District Magistrate, Bhagalpur (Respondent No. 2) to give compensation to the petitioner as per the new rate of compensation in Land Acquisition Case No. 25/2010-11 for acquiring land of the petitioner for Pirpanti Thermal Power Pariyojna in Mauza- Harinkol, Phase-I, Thana No. 81, Revenue Thana- Kolganj, Anchal- Pirpanti, District- Bhagalpur.

3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner requests for withdrawal of this writ petition granting liberty to the petitioner to move before the competent authority for redressal of his grievance.

4. In view of the prayer made on behalf of the
