The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Kalyanpur P.S. Case No. 223 of 2019, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 354 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner no. 1 is alleged to have thrashed the informant and petitioner no. 2 is alleged to have assaulted with Gadasa on the head of informant.

It is submitted that petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case. Petitioners have got clean antecedent. Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that there is specific allegation against these petitioners of causing
