JUSTICE SHIVAJI PANDEY ORAL ORDER 09-09-2015 This application has been filed for review of the order dated 26.03.2015 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 4806 of 2000 and C.W.J.C. No. 3500 of 2002, this Court does not find any error in the order.

Learned counsel for the petitioner wants to make some modification in last but 3 paragraph of page-5, wherein it has been stated that if the petitioner is still in service, he may file an appropriate representation.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not in service but a chance may be given for filing representation. If the petitioner is given a liberty to file representation after such a long gap, will not subserve any purpose, this Court does not find any error in the order dated
