JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 25-06-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Assistant Public Prosecutor for the State. This is an application seeking anticipatory bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 148, 323, 307, 354, 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that the informant's side and the petitioners' side are agnates and the case has been instituted because of the land dispute between the two sides.
