The petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Bhairab Asthan P.S.Case No. 6 of 2018 registered under Sections 399, 402, 413, 414, 467, 468, 471 and 420 of the Indian penal Code.

Submission is that only allegation against the petitioner is of recovery of stolen mobile but the said mobile is personal mobile purchased by the petitioner and has no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely , Sonu Ram @ Sonu Kumar Ram, is directed to be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned ACJM, Jhanjharpur,
