JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 02-07-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the State.
The petitioners seek anticipatory bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 384, 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that the petitioners have been implicated for any reason other than what has been alleged in the First Information Report. I am not inclined to grant the petitioner privilege of anticipatory bail, keeping in view the gravity of allegation them.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.19423 of 2015 (2) dt.02-07-2015 Accordingly, this petition stands rejected.
The petitioners are directed to surrender before the court below within four weeks. If they does so and seek regular bail, their case for regular bail shall be considered on its own merit, without being prejudiced by rejection of the present anticipatory bail application.
