Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 353, 384, 307 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-b)a, 26, 35 and 27 of the Arms Act. Only a few cartridges are said to have been recovered from possession of each of the petitioners, by the informant police officer. Petitioners have stated on oath that they have got no criminal antecedent. They are in custody since 18.10.2017. Considering the nature of allegation and period already undergone, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.8869 of 2018 (3) dt.26-03-2018 2/2 satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Morkahi Police Station Case No. 158 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioners shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners.
