Mr.Navin Kumar Pandey ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ANJANI KUMAR SHARAN ORAL ORDER 27-06-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 323, 467 and 468 of the Indian Penal Code.

Vide order dated 09.07.2020, notice was issued to the opposite party no. 2. Office pointed out that opposite party no. 2

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.12594 of 2020(4) dt.27-06-2022 2/2 has received the notice personally but nobody appears on his behalf.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that petitioners are innocent and have been falsely implicated in this case due to land dispute. He submits that the complaint case was filed after 15 years of execution of the sale deed. He further submits that petitioners have no criminal antecedent as stated in para-3 of this application. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the provisional bail granted vide order dated 09.07.2020 is hereby confirmed.
