JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 01-04-2016 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State. The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 399, 402, 120B, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The prosecution case is that on 31.10.2015 the informant, being a police personnel, was while on patrolling duty, received information that petitioners and others were travelling in a auto rickshaw with arms for committing some offence. The informant laid the raid but on seeing the police force the accused persons flee away leaving the auto rickshaw. On search of auto rickshaw one country made rifle, one sword and one Bhujali were recovered.

No.14225 of 2016 (2) dt.01-04-2016 2/2 It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioners and only on suspicion the petitioners have been named. The aforesaid facts constitute grounds for consideration of the prayer for regular bail of the petitioners by the learned court below in case the petitioners surrender within six weeks from today in connection with Laxmipur P.S. case No. 202 of 2015 pending in the court of Sri Amrendra Kumar, learned JM, 1st class, Jamui.
