====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 18-09-2017 Heard the parties.

This application is for grant of regular bail in connection with Paraiya P.S.Case No.77 of 2013 for the offences under Sections 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation against the petitioner is of dowry death, who is said to be husband.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that she died due to burn injury and the informant was informed about the same while they were preparing for taking her for treatment but the petitioner has been falsely implicated in case and he is in custody since 16.5.2017.

Heard learned A.P.P. also, who has opposed the prayer for bail on the ground that there is allegation of dowry

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.35185 of 2017 (4) dt.18-09-2017 death by the petitioner and he is said to be husband. Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, as such the prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected, however, the learned trial court is directed to expedite the trial and try to conclude it within a period of nine months from the date of commitment of the case.

With the aforesaid observation, this application is dismissed.
