On consideration of the materials available on the record, the Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners. The prayer is rejected.

However, the trial Court is directed to expedite the trial and conclude the same within a period of six months. If the trial is not concluded within the aforesaid period and there is no laches on the part of the petitioners in conclusion of the trial, the petitioners may renew their payer for bail.
