2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Dinara P.S. Case No. 76 of 2023 registered for the offence under Section 395, 412 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is accused of committing dacoity.

4. The petitioner is accused in nine more cases of similar and serious nature.

5. The petitioner is in jail since 18.04.2023.

6. Considering the allegation levelled against the petitioner and also considering the criminal antecedents of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.17973 of 2024(2) dt.14-03-2024 2/2 petitioner.

7. Accordingly, this application is dismissed.

8. The trial Court is directed to expedite the trial of the petitioner.
