The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Laxmipur P.S. Case No. 202 of 2015 registered under Sections 399, 402, 120-B, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-B)(a) and 26 of the Arms Act.

Regard being had to the recovery of a fire arm and some other incriminating weapons from the Tempo belonging to the petitioner, I am not inclined to grant him pre-arrest bail. Accordingly, the application for pre-arrest bail is rejected. (Ashwani Kumar Singh, J) Pradeep/- U T
