Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 379 of Indian Penal Code. He is accused in a case of theft of motorcycle. He submits that on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused, his name has been dragged in the instant case. He further submits that there is no recovery from his possession and that his implication is of no legal significance. He is in custody in this case since 06.04.2017.

In the light of the aforesaid submissions, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. Let the petitioner above named be released on bail on his furnishing bonds of Rs 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
